Kootenay Collective Cannabis Society is a regional cannabis society focused on education, collaboration, professional knowledge-sharing, and the promotion of the Kootenays as a global leader in craft cannabis. Its purposes include educating the public about the history, heritage, physical landscape, sustainability practices, cultural significance, and regional economic contributions of Kootenay cannabis.

The Society’s bylaws establish Voting Members and Non-Voting Members, with voting membership eligibility including a valid standard or micro cultivation cannabis licence and location within the West Kootenay region, subject to Board discretion.
The Society reserves the right to approve, reject, defer, suspend, or terminate membership applications or membership status in accordance with its bylaws, policies, and applicable law. You must not submit false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information in connection with any membership application or Society program.
Submitting a buyer inquiry, retailer inquiry, producer inquiry, partnership request, or other commercial communication through this website does not create any obligation on the Society or its members to respond, provide introductions, supply products, enter into negotiations, transact, or form any commercial relationship.
Any commercial opportunity, product supply arrangement, buyer relationship, export opportunity, retailer relationship, or related transaction is subject to applicable law, regulatory requirements, due diligence, availability, separate agreements, and the independent decision-making of the parties involved.
The Society may administer, promote, or communicate standards, badges, certification-style marks, lot qualification programs, regional identity systems, or other indicators associated with Kootenay cannabis. Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Society, you must not use, copy, display, reproduce, modify, apply, imply, or reference any Society badge, seal, logo, wordmark, certification language, quality mark, membership designation, regional designation, or other Society identifier. You must not state or imply that:
you are a member of the Society;
your product, lot, facility, business, or service has been approved by the Society;
your product, lot, facility, business, or service meets any Society standard;
you are authorized to use the Society’s badge, seal, certification language, or marks;
you are endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by the Society;
unless that statement is accurate, current, and expressly authorized by the Society in writing. The Society reserves the right to aggressively protect and enforce its name, marks, standards, regional reputation, and associated goodwill.
You may submit information to the Society through website forms, applications, inquiries, email communications, or future website features. User submissions may include business information, cannabis licence information, facility information, product information, lot qualification information, images, documents, testimonials, comments, or other materials.
By submitting materials to the Society, you represent and warrant that:
the information is accurate, current, and not misleading;
you have the right to submit the materials;
the materials do not infringe the rights of any third party;
the materials do not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, confidential, or improperly disclosed information;
the submission complies with applicable cannabis, advertising, privacy, intellectual property, and commercial laws.
You grant the Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, store, review, process, adapt, share internally, and communicate your submissions as reasonably necessary for Society purposes, including application review, membership administration, program administration, buyer inquiries, due diligence, stakeholder communications, governance, recordkeeping, and related activities. The Society will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is owned by or licensed to Kootenay Collective Cannabis Society. This includes website copy, structure, design, graphics, logos, badges, seals, wordmarks, standards, documents, downloads, icons, trade names, brand elements, page layouts, and other materials. You may view and use website content for personal, informational, or legitimate business inquiry purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, frame, mirror, sell, license, commercially exploit, or otherwise use website content without the Society’s prior written consent.
